Lavish Concept exists for one reason: the space between fully custom and mass-produced furniture was empty, and it shouldn't have been.
Bespoke furniture takes months and costs more than most people can justify. Ready-made pieces are fast, but they rarely fit the room or the life lived in it. We build in that gap: semi-custom furniture, shaped around how a space actually flows.
Every piece is produced in-house at our facility in Sungai Buloh, which means we control quality and timelines from the first sketch to the final install not a third-party factory.
Our focus stays narrow on purpose: kitchens, wardrobes, sofas, mattresses, divans, and dining tables the pieces that shape daily life the most, done properly rather than everything done adequately.

Founded in 2020, Lavish Concept operates as a design and manufacturing subsidiary of AddCap Holding.
Our team works out of a 400,000 sq. ft. facility in Sungai Buloh, where design, engineering, and production sit under one roof — so nothing gets lost in translation between the drawing and the finished piece.
That structure is what lets us offer semi-custom furniture at a pace and price that standalone custom workshops usually can't match.
